Poster Preparation Guideline

The aim of this guideline is to support presenting authors in preparing their Mini-oral presentation (Campfire) and poster exhibition.

Please note that there are 2 types of poster:

[Mini-oral presentation (Campfire)(포스터발표) – Presenting Onsite + Exhibition]

  • Presenters selected for this category will be requested to upload their posters electronically.
  • Present will be made onsite at the poster zone on a designated date and time assigned to each presenter
  • Each presentation will have a total 5 minutes for their presentation (2 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A)
  • The poster will be available for viewing on demand onsite (via each monitor of the poster zone)2

[Poster Exhibition(포스터전시)]

  • Presenters selected for this category will be requested to upload their posters electronically.
  • The poster will available for viewing on demand onsite (via each monitor of the poster zone)
  • There is no designated time for oral presentation in this category.

Guideline on how to prepare Poster

* Deadline for uploading the Poster file: October 25 (Wed), 2023

[How to Upload]

We will be using ‘Dropbox’ to collect and protect your valuable poster files. You can simply upload your file without creating an account, and only the Secretariat will have access to view the files uploaded by the presenting authors.

Step 1. Click the following file uploading link

Step 2. Click Choose from computer to upload a file. You can also drag and drop the file directly into your browser window.

Step 3. If you have two or more files to upload, click +Add another file.

Step 4. Once you have all the files you want to upload, enter your name and email address so that the Secretariat knows who uploaded the files.

* Important: Name of the file must be “Your full name_abstract number” (eg. Robert Lee_F-1234).

[Poster Display Schedule and Location]

Date: November 16(Thu) – 18 (Sat), 2023
Place: Poster Zone, 6F, Conrad Hotel, Seoul

Detailed abstract information and guideline will be sent to the presenter via e-mail.

Mini-oral Presentation (Campfire)
 
  • File format: Under 5 slides PowerPoint presentation in landscape (horizontal) format
  • Presentation file size: 16:9
  • Presenters are recommended to use standard Windows fonts. 
  • Media: Images/photos, graphs and tables can be included in the presentation file.
  • Allocate the first page of the presentation file for the title, authors and contact email as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • The presentation file will be exhibited as e-poster exhibition during the ATW 2023 period.
  • Name of file: Your full name_Abstract no. (eg. Robert Lee_1234)
  • There is no need to print and bring the paper poster with you ion during the ATW 2023 period.

Poster Exhibition

  • Font Size: 30 points or larger 
  • Presenters are recommended to use the standard Window Fonts. 
  • Media: Images/photos, graphs and tables can be included in the e-poster.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title, authors and contact email as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • Name of file: Your full name_Abstract No. (ex. Robert Lee_1234)
  • No need to print and bring a paper poster with you onsite
