Submission Process & Guideline

Step 1

Click the Submission Button

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website only.
  • If you are not signed up for ATW 2022, you need to sign up first to submit your abstract.

Step 2

Presenting Author

  • If the submitter is the same as the presenting author, your sign-up information will be reflected in the presenting author’s information.

Step 3

Co-Author(s)

  • The number of co-authors is limited to 9.
  • The corresponding author takes primary responsibility for communicating about the abstract. Therefore, be sure to fill out the accurate information. The presenting author can be designated as the corresponding author.

Step 4

Abstract Details

  • Length: 300 words
  • Only up to one table, figure or image is allowed.
  • Language: English (Abstracts in Korean will only be accepted for the Coordinator Session.)
  • Definition:
    • Structured Abstract: Introduction, Method, Result, Conclusion
    • Single Paragraph: Single paragraph without stylized headings

Step 5

Review & Complete

  • A submission confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the submitter and the presenting author by e-mail once the abstract has been submitted.
  • You can review or modify submitted abstracts until August 28 (Sun), 2022 by visiting “My Page” on the ATW 2022 website.
  • The acceptance notice will be sent to both the presenting author and the corresponding author on September 28 (Wed), 2022 via email.
  • Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenting authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts.
