K-ETA(Korea Electronic Travel Authorization
K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization that visa-free foreign visitors need to obtain before entering the Republic of Korea, by submitting relevant information online such as their travel information.
Purpose of travel should be tourism, visiting a family member, participating in events or meetings, or commercial business (excluding pursuit of profit).
Starting 1st September 2021, K-ETA is Mandatory for all foreigners entering Korea from visa waiver countries and visa-free countries. (Ireland included) All foreigners without either a K-ETA or a valid Visa will not be permitted to board a plane to Korea. (You do not need a K-ETA if you have a valid visa)

Invitation Letter
If you need the invitation letter for visa purpose, please email to reg@atweek.org after completing the registration with full payment of your registration fee.
If you need a Notarized Invitation Letter for visa, you must apply for the notarized application in the registration process.
If you are not sure whether you need a notarized letter of invitation for visa issuance, please check with the Korean Embassy in your country or through Korea Visa Portal: Go to Visa Portal
It will take 2~3 weeks to receive the original copy of notarized invitation letter.

- Checking quarantine information of all entrants.
- Quarantine information
- Check health status and information, etc. of entrants.
- Q-CODE users:
Present the issued QR code for the quarantine officer to scan and check the information. Non-Q-CODE users:
Present the health status questionnaire for verification. After checking, the information is entered into the immigration system.
3. Required documents for entering Korea
Bring one of the following three documents in printed copy:
- 1. Confirmation of Negative PCR Test Result (only test results within 48 hours of departure are recognized)
- 2. Confirmation of Negative RAT Test Result (only test results within 24 hours of departure are recognized)
- 3. QR code issued by Q-CODE
* Your name on the document should be the same as on your passport.
** Passport number or ID card number should also be valid.
※ Please note that a speedier immigration inspection is possible when using the Q-CODE system.
